RU celebrates customer care service week

Riara University celebrated the customer’s service week where the week was devoted to recognizing the importance of customer service and honoring the people who serve and support customers with the highest degree of care and professionalism.Customer Service Week was created by the International Customer Service Association (ICSA) in 1984. Their purpose was to reward and recognize people who deliver customer service as the main part of their work.

What is Customer Service Week?
Customer Service Week (CS Week) is celebrated annually in the first full week of October. It is a time when customer-oriented organizations and institutions around the world recognize the importance of Customer Service Excellence in their organizations.
